An Overview of Nabil Bank Limited

Nabil Bank Limited was the first private sector commercial bank in Nepal which was established in 1984 AD (2051 BS). Nabil Bank is an ‘A’ class commercial bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank. It began as the first bank in Nepal incepted by multinational (primarily foreign) investors (as Nepal Arab Bank Limited) on 12 July 1984. The bank has largest staff of private commercial banks in Nepal. It has 79 offices and 139 ATMs in Nepal and over correspondent banks globally as at the late 2010s. The bank has its Head Office at Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, Nepal.
