An Overview of Nepal Credit and Commercial Bank Limited Introduction: Nepal Credit and Commercial (NCC) Bank Limited commenced its operation as a joint venture with Ceylon, Sri Lanka on October 14, 1996 AD and formally registered as Nepal-Bank of Ceylon Limited (NBOC). The bank was then the largest authorized capital of NRS. 1,000million. Due to transfer of shares and management of the Bank from Bank of Ceylon, to Nepalese Promoters, the name of the bank was changed to Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited on 10th September, 2002. The bank completed its 23 years of banking services on Octobere 14, 2019. The bank started its joint transaction from January 10, 2017 has now become one of the largest private sector commercial bank. The bank has its Head Office at Bagbazar, Kathmandu. The bank has 120 branches, 85 ATMs and 4 Extension Counters scattered all over the country. The bank developed corresponding agency relationship with more than 150 International Banks having worldwide network.
