Introduction
Reliance Finance Limited is a ‘C’ Class Financial institution, incorporated in 2066 B.S, licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, to undertake financial services in the country. It started its operations in 18th Mangshir 2066 as 84th Finance Company of Nepal under the Bank and Financial Institution (BAFIA) Act 2063. The registered office of the Company is located in Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Ward No. 31, at Pradarsani Marg, BJ Bhawan opposite to Padmodaya School. The company has its branch office at New Road in Kathmandu. It also has its branch offices at New Road, Pokhara, Narayangarh, Besisahar, Janagal, Arughat, Charali, Imadol and Gorkha.
