•	Researcher of a research project entitled “Innovations in Peacebuilding: International norms and Local Dynamics in Conflict-Affected Countries” in collaboration with University of Denver, US.
•	Work as a facilitator and trainer to build the capacity of community based organisations in Human Rights, Women’s empowerment, Conflict Transformation, Peacebuilding and Leadership and supporting them in their work.
•	Extensive field research, desk research, dialogue facilitation, monitoring and evaluation of projects
•	Design and develop project activities and methodologies, case studies, report writing.
•	Develop links with other agencies/stakeholders and explore methods of collaboration both at central and district levels.
•	Focal-person to deal with the government officials in central and grassroots levels.

Bringing Communities and Local Authorities Together
Global Centre on Cooperative Security, the US
• Organised and facilitated a dialogue session between Nepal Police and young people from marginalized communities in Kailali and Saptari districts to building trust among them and also to promote social cohesion in the communities. Other activities included football, cleaning campaign and blood donation events.
