Share market rises 9 points and NEPSE close to 1,340.29

The stock trading gauge Nepse index has risen by nine points in the stock market today. According to the Nepal Stock Exchange, the NEPSE index rose by 9.01 points to 1,340.29. Similarly, the Sensitive Index has increased by 0.93 points to reach 281.42. A total of 2678,507 shares of 179 companies were bought and sold at a price of Rs 1.111 billion. Shares of five of the 12 subgroups traded down. Banking declined by 1.14 points, hotels by 53.22 points, development banks by 4.01 points, hydropower by 0.38 points and collective investment funds by 9.91 points. Trade increased by 1.06 points, finance by 6.54 points, non-life insurance by 80.54 points, manufacturing by 17.35 points, others by 7.78 points, microfinance by 82.64 points and life insurance by 197.24 points.

Nepal Life Insurance Company topped the list in terms of transaction amount. Shares of the company were bought and sold for Rs. 165,541,283. Similarly, shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company are worth Rs. 143.44 million, NIC Asia Bank is worth Rs. 448.75 million, Global IME Bank is worth Rs. The transaction took place.

Despite the rise in the index, shareholders of Tinau Mission Development Bank lost the most by 5.76 percent. Similarly, Joshi Hydropower lost 5.56 per cent, Salty Hotel Limited 4.91 per cent, Guhveshwari Merchant Bank 4.51 per cent, Radhi Power Company 4.02 per cent and Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited lost 3.52 per cent.

According to the stock, the shareholders of Suryodaya MFI earned the most by 9.99 percent today. Similarly, investors in Self-Employed Microfinance Development Bank earned 9.98 percent, Ganapati Microfinance Financial Institution 9.94 percent, Mithila Microfinance Financial Institution 9.93 percent and NIC Asia Microfinance Financial Institution 9.89 percent.
