Kathmandu. After the announcement of the monetary policy for the current Fiscal Year 2077/78, the share trading market has seen an unprecedented rise.
Within an hour, the Nepse index rose 6 percent and the rest of the trading was postponed. On this day, the Nepse index has risen by 84.26 points to reach a high of 1479.03. On the same day, the Sensitive Index of strong and good companies also rose by 17.39 points to 312.44.
There was a positive circuit in the share prices of 16 companies. Of which 12 are commercial banks.
Shares of Guranj Microfinance, NIC Asia Bank, Nabil Bank, Nepal Investment Bank and Nepal Investment Bank have risen 10 percent.
Similarly, the share price of Nepal Reinsurance Company, Everest Bank, Himalayan Distillery, Jyoti Vikas Bank, NMB Bank, NCC Bank, Century Commercial Bank, Mega Bank, Manjushree Finance, Nepal Bank Limited and Lumbini Development Bank rose by an average of 10 percent.
