Kathmandu, The eighth annual general meeting of NIBL S Capital Limited has passed a resolution to pay 22.22 percent cash dividend. Capital's general meeting on Wednesday passed a resolution to pay a cash dividend of 22.22 percent of the paid-up capital.

The meeting has passed the report of the board of directors for the fiscal year 2076/77 and the balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow statement ended on the same date.
