Kathmandu. Standard Chartered Bank Limited has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year 2076/77.

The bank has announced to distribute 11.84 percent dividend to its shareholders. A meeting of the bank's board of directors on November 28 decided to distribute 7 percent bonus shares and 4.84 percent cash dividend.

The bank will send the proposal to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. The bank has stated that the dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the NRB and passed by the next annual general meeting.
