Unbalance Cheque ! How to bounce it ? If the check bounces, such action is taken

No one should deliberately cut off a check if they do not have sufficient balance in their bank account. In case of non-payment of the check, the person who deducts the check is found to be guilty of banking offense. The bank said in a statement.

A person who bounces the same check up to three times can be punished up to opening a bank account and taking a loan in the future. Not only that, under the Banking Offenses Act, you have to go to jail.

The check will not bounce only if the bank does not exchange it saying that the signature given to you by someone has not been matched or there is no required deposit. You must activate yourself for the check to bounce.

If the check is not exchanged, the bank employee should ask the person issuing the check to inform that the check is not exchanged on the due date of this number.

The person who cut the check was informed by the bank that the check was not cashed. However, if the check is not exchanged, the bank employee should be asked to prove that the check has bounced.

In some cases, bank employees may be reluctant to bounce a check, saying, "Ask him once." In that case, you should ask the employee.

If the bank employee refuses to bounce the check despite your request, you can go to Rashtra Bank and lodge a complaint. After filing a complaint with the National Bank, your job is done.

If the person issuing the check does not pay even after the arrest by the police, a case will be filed in the court under the Banking Offenses and Punishment Act. The court will ask you for the necessary documents, and you must submit the documents requested by the court. The court will then rule in your favor. Even if you sell the property of the person issuing the check, your money rises.

However, a check in the name of an organization or company bounces and the payment may be expedited for fear of the organization being blacklisted before applying for the blacklist. Because blacklisted people are not allowed to do any business.

Individuals, firms, companies or organizations on the blacklist will not be allowed to conduct any other type of banking transactions except depositing money in their account until they are removed from such list.
