Kathmandu: The National Banking Institute has called for the 12th Annual General Meeting on January 10.

The meeting will pass a proposal to distribute 5 percent cash dividend of the existing paid-up capital from the profits of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 proposed by the Board of Directors.

Similarly, Aarti Rajyalakshmi Rana and Tulasi Prasad Ghimire, who have been appointed by the board of directors, will be nominated as directors and Nirmal Dahal will be appointed as an independent director.
