Kathmandu, Siddhartha Bank Limited has objected to the news broadcast by various media. The bank has written a clear letter to the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited stating that it has drawn its attention to such news as there is no decision regarding merger acquisition between it and any other bank and financial institution.

The bank has stated that there is no truth in the online news.
