Kathmandu. The Insurance Committee has made public the facts of Corona insurance claim payment so far. According to the data, the insurance committee has paid Rs 4.66 billion to 48,069 people for corona insurance.

According to the committee, there are 84,847 claims in Karona Insurance so far. Of them, 3,639 files without the required documents have been returned to the company concerned. The committee has stated that the files of ten thousand 971 claims are in the process of being approved.

Similarly, according to the committee, 10,946 claims are yet to be approved by the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division, while files of 4,233 claims are being sent for study.

Similarly, the files of 482 people have been returned to the concerned company due to lack of required documents while the files of 14,393 claims are in the process of being approved, the committee said.
