Kathmandu. Shares of seven companies have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) this year. Along with the rights shares of Sahara Development Bank, shares of RSDC Microfinance, NMB Microfinance and Pokhara Finance, Jyoti Development Bank, NIC Asia Microfinance and Vijay Microfinance have been listed in Nepse this year.
Shares of Sahara Development Bank are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The 921,148.70 undistributed shares distributed by the bank on September 22 were listed on Nepse on Monday.
Shares of RSDC Microfinance are listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company has listed 64,370.45 shares with 9 percent bonus shares.
NMB Microfinance
A total of 861,873.25 lots of 19 percent bonus shares of NMB Microfinance have been listed.
4 lakh 58 thousand 640.86 lots of 5 percent bonus shares of Pokhara Finance have also been listed in Nepse on Monday.
1.287 million 884 promoter shares of Jyoti Development Bank have been converted into ordinary shares and listed. At the same time, the promoter's share in Jyoti Bank is 51 percent while the public's share is 49 percent, according to Nepse.
After NIC Asia MFI merged with Indigenous MFIs, 2,594,400 ordinary shares have been added to Nepse in the name of NIC Asia MFI.
19 percent bonus shares of Vijay MFI are listed in Nepse. 425,659.85 lots of bonus shares of this company are listed in Nepse.
