Kathmandu. There will be problems in the customer service of Nabil Bank from Friday (from Friday 18 June 2021). According to the information issued by the bank in this regard, the Core Banking System (CBS) of the bank is being upgraded from 4 pm on Friday.

It is said that the CBS used by the bank will be shut down during the process of upgrading the system. Thus, all the banking services provided by the bank to the customers will remain closed during the upgrade.

It is mentioned in the notice that all the branches of the bank will be closed for the whole day on Saturday the 5th, full day on Sunday the 6th and till 9 am on the 7th. Similarly, internet banking, mobile banking, ATM, card and remittance services will also be closed at that time.

The bank has requested all the customers to inform the bank in advance for the work to be done at that time as all the services will be closed at that time.
