Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank has launched a mobile app. In a virtual program held on Wednesday, Deputy Governor Dr. Neelam Dhungana Timsina inaugurated the mobile app.
The bank has stated that regular information, foreign exchange rate, study report, statistics and other materials placed on the bank's website can be obtained from the app. The bank hopes that the use of the mobile app will further help in increasing the access of stakeholders and the general public to information related to the bank.
The app is currently available in 'beta version'. It will be further refined based on user feedback. Currently the mobile app will be available on mobiles with Android operating system. The app will be gradually expanded to the iOS operating system. The app can be installed on Android mobile through the link mentioned below, said Rastra Bank.
