The bonus shares of five companies are now listed in NEPSE. 3,68,000 bonus shares of Nadep Laghubittiya Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) are now listed in NEPSE. The 5th AGM of the company held on 28th Ashwin, 2077 endorsed a 10% bonus shares proposed for the FY 2075/76.

8,21,145.60 bonus shares of Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) are also listed in NEPSE. Prudential Insurance convened its 19th AGM for the FY 2076-77 on Asad 6, 2078. The AGM endorsed 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend.

Similarly, the 1,46,089.01 bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE. Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) called its 12th AGM on Chaitra 29. Among other agendas, the AGM endorsed a 12.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

12,51,038.50 bonus shares of Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) have also been listed in NEPSE. The company called its 8th AGM on Falgun 21. Among other proposals, the AGM endorsed a 31.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 25% bonus shares and 6.58% cash dividend (including the amount for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital.

8,32,416.06 bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) have been listed in NEPSE. The last AGM of the company endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 10% in bonus shares and 0.53% cash dividend for tax purposes. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
