Kathmandu. The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has given permission to Excel Development Bank to sell 30 percent of its shares. The board has given permission to the bank to sell 2,433,363.67 shares in the ratio of 10 to 3 on August 13.
Currently Rs. The company, which has a paid-up capital of Rs 811.12 million, is going to sell 30 percent of its shares on the basis of the same capital. The rightful sales manager is NIBL S Capital Limited.
