 The meeting decided to provide 15 percent bonus share (Rs. 1.73 billion) and 0.789 percent cash dividend (Rs. 912.94 million) of the proposed dividend for dividend tax purposes. The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders of the bank after completing the necessary regulatory process after the approval of the upcoming 24th Annual General Meeting of Nepal Rastra Bank and the Bank.
