Kathmandu. Prime Commercial Bank has proposed to pay dividend to the shareholders. The 433rd meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on Monday decided to propose a dividend of 16.6313 percent per share from the bank's profit for the fiscal year 2077/78.
Out of which, it has offered bonus shares at the rate of 16 percent and cash dividend of 0.6313 percent. Cash Dividend It has been proposed to pay cash dividend for the purpose of reconciling the tax amount of the shareholders who have to pay tax on the previous year's dividend but failed to pay the principal and have to pay tax this year.
The proposed bonus shares and cash dividends will be paid after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval of the bank's annual general meeting, the bank said in a statement.
