Kathmandu. Mega Bank Limited has declared a dividend. The bank is going to distribute 12.7 percent dividend to the shareholders.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank has proposed to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 12.07 percent of the paid up capital to the shareholders of the bank from the profits of the last fiscal year 2077/78.

At present, the working capital of the bank is Rs. 14.65 billion 49.64 million. The proposed dividend on the basis of the same capital will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
