Kathmandu. V.S. Nepal Bank Limited, the oldest bank in Nepal, which was established on November 12, 1994, has organized a blood donation program at the central office premises on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the bank.

 Among the various programs organized by Nepal Bank Limited to celebrate its anniversary, 104 people participated in the blood donation program. At the event, the bank's Deputy Chief Officer Samata Pant, Assistant Chief Executive Officer Prakash Kumar Adhikari and other employees of the bank and various customers donated blood. The blood donation program was organized by Nepal Bank Limited and supported by Lions Club of Kathmandu Banker.

Similarly, the Bank has been organizing various social programs in different parts of the country in various fields of economic, cultural, social, environmental, sanitation, education, health, financial literacy and protection of community interests under corporate social responsibility and providing financial and other assistance to organizations involved in social work. .

 As a continuation of the same, on the occasion of entering the 85th year of the establishment of Nepal Bank Ltd., the Provincial Office, Province no. The bank has provided 10 ceiling fans and 2 steel drawers to Shree Parvati Secondary School, located at Itahari Sub-metropolitan 14, Sunsari District.

Similarly, 100 plastic chairs will be provided for the devotees coming to the Rankali temple located in the beautiful Haraicha of Morang district. Under the scheme, 75 winter track suits and food items have been distributed to the dependents of the Human Services Ashram in Birgunj Sub-metropolis, 25 Dalit slums in Langadi village Palpalika of Parsa district and 8 blankets have been distributed to the families.

 The Provincial Office, under Gandaki Pradesh, has distributed warm clothes to the dependents living in Manavaseva Ashram at Pokhara Metropolitan City 17 Birauta and Pokhara Metropolitan City 26 Hemja.

The provincial office has distributed food items for the dependents in the human service ashram of Bu 6wal sub-metropolitan city under Lumbini province. The bank said that it has distributed food items to the dependents of Manavaseva Ashram in Dhangadhi and children in the children's ashram in Mahendranagar of Kanchanpur district.
