Kathmandu. Sarita Dhakal is currently working as Assistant General Manager of Sadhana Microfinance Institution. He had to struggle for 20 years to reach this position. Born in 2039 BS in Bedravati of Rasuwa district, Dhakal was a member of a middle class family. She passed SLC (now SEE) in 2055 BS from Nilkantha Secondary School in Rasuwa and completed her Plus Two in the Faculty of Humanities from Chandeshwari, Nuwakot.
Diprox Nepal, an organization started by Dhakal, used to provide microfinance services. The organization hired him as a trainee employee. She worked there for 7 years. During this time she was able to move from trainee staff to senior motivator.
Resham Neupane from Lamjung worked with Sarita in Deprox Nepal. Working together, Sarita and Reshma's intimacy grew. Even with the same position, their closeness may have increased. The days went by. It began to thicken with sarita and silk. Both of them had started falling in love with each other. Sarita and Reshma started caring for each other not only when they were close but also when they were far apart.
Gaining experience of working for Deprox Nepal for 7 years, she reached Pokhara. She joined Muktinath Development Bank, which has a branch in Saunkhola, Kaski, since April 20, 2008. Then, a year and a half later, she joined a branch of the same bank in David Fall. She worked in the same branch for about 7 years. She went as an assistant and became a junior officer to a senior officer. After working in Muktinath Development Bank, Sarita started working in Sadhana Microfinance Financial Institution.
Sarita's husband Resham Neupane is also a banker. He is currently working as the CEO of Sadhana Microfinance. The key initiatives, plans and decisions behind Neupane becoming CEO are Sarita's. Initially working in Deprox, they also worked together in Muktinath.
After working at Muktinath, Neupane joined Chautari Microfinance. After leaving the organization, he started working in Sadhana. In Sadhana, Reshma became the first man and Sarita became the second man. But later Nepal Rastra Bank introduced the policy of not having first man and second man of the same family. Now Sarita is the assistant general manager and Resham Neupane is the CEO.
