Prabhu Bank sources also said that discussions were held with Century. Sources claim that the possibility of an agreement next week has been ruled out by settling the remaining issues. Century's operators have also agreed that the name of the bank will remain Prabhu Bank after the merger, but sources claim that there is no problem in staff management. At present, it has been agreed to have 95 shares of Century equal to 100 shares of Prabhu.
