Kathmandu. Narayani Development Bank Limited has started the process of issuing 100% equity shares. The company has completed the process of appointing a sales manager for the issuance of 100 percent equity shares. On Monday, the contract for the appointment of sales manager was signed between the company and Global IME Capital. Chief Executive Officer Pashupati Poudel on behalf of the bank and Chief Executive Officer Paras Mani Dhakal on behalf of Global IME Capital signed the agreement.

The company currently has a paid-up capital of Rs. On the basis of 26 crore 24 lakh 67 thousand 600 in the ratio of 1 equal to 1, the face value of each share is Rs. 26 lakh 24 thousand 676 right shares of 100 nominal rate are going to be issued. The authorized capital of Narayani Development Bank is Rs. 53 crores. After issuance and allotment of 100% right shares, the paid up capital of the company is Rs. 52 crore 49 lakh 35 thousand 200 will reach.

At present, 5 branch offices of this development bank are operating. The company had previously sold 100 percent equity shares. The company paid up capital of Rs. 13 crore 12 lakh 33 thousand 800 in the ratio of 1 to 1 Rs. It sold 13 lakh 12 thousand 338 shares worth 13 crore 12 lakh 33 thousand 800.
