Kathmandu. Global IME Bank Limited has honored 59 employees who have been continuously serving the bank for 15 years on the occasion of entering the 16th year of its establishment. Global Bank was established on January 18, 2063 as a regional commercial bank.
During a program held at the bank on Monday, the bank's chairman Chandra Prasad Dhakal honored the employees who have been continuously serving the bank for 15 years. He said that Global IME Bank has been able to excel in most of the financial indicators in the 16 years of its establishment with the slogan of 'Best Banking for All'.
He thanked all the employees for their special contribution to make the best bank and asked them to provide more excellent and customer-friendly service.
Likewise, Ratnaraj Bajracharya, the chief executive officer of the bank, said that the bank has moved forward by making its services customer-friendly and providing timely services in the current digital age.
Global IME Bank is the first commercial bank in the private sector with a network of branches in every district of the country. The bank has been providing services to more than 3 million customers from more than 900 service centers including 292 branches, 271 ATMs, 283 branchless banking services, 51 extension and revenue collection counters and 3 foreign representative offices.
