Kathmandu. Bonus shares of 9 different commercial banks have been listed in Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The bonus shares distributed from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 have been listed in NEPSE.

So far the bonus shares of Sanima Bank, Everest Bank, Himalayan Bank, Global IME Bank, Nepal Investment Bank and Savikka Civil Bank, Mega Bank, Bank of Kathmandu, Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank have been listed in NEPSE. A total of 60 million 29 lakh 91 thousand 445.24 bonus shares of all these banks have been listed in NEPSE.

13 million 27 thousand 377.33 shares of Sanima Bank for 10 percent bonus have been listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 10.98 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of 2078/79 in the form of 10 percent bonus shares and 0.98 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 1 crore 23 lakh 7 thousand 542.27 bonus shares of Everest Bank for 13 percent bonus have been listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 20.68 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of 2078/79 in the form of 13 percent bonus shares and 7.68 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 1 crore 3 lakh 74 thousand 980.58 shares of 8 percent bonus shares of Himalayan Bank have been listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 19.11 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 as 8 percent bonus shares and 11.11 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 71 lakh 38 thousand 726 bonus shares of Global IME Bank for 3 percent bonus have been listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 13.6 percent dividend from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 to the shareholders by 3 percent bonus shares of the paid-up capital and 10.6 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 73 lakh 23 thousand 16.53 shares of Nepal Investment Bank with 4 percent bonus have been listed in NEPSE. The bank had distributed a total of 11% dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 consisting of 4% bonus shares and 7% cash.

Similarly, 45 lakh 37 thousand 921.95 shares of Civil Bank's 5 percent bonus have been listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 5.26 percent dividend from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 to the shareholders with 5 percent bonus shares and 0.26 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 64 lakh 48 thousand 184.58 bonus shares of 4 percent bonus shares of Savik Mega Bank have been listed in NEPSE. The bank had distributed a total of 7.79 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 in the form of 4 percent Banes shares and 3.79 percent in cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 63 lakh 74 thousand 396 shares of former Bank of Kathmandu with 6 percent bonus were listed in NEPSE. The bank distributed a total of 20.95 percent dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 as 6 percent bonus shares and 14.95 percent cash for tax purposes.

Similarly, 37 lakh 50 thousand shares of former Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank (NCC) were listed in NEPSE for 3.3663 percent bonus. The bank had distributed a total of 11% dividend from the profit of the last financial year 2078/79 to the shareholders with 3.3663% bonus shares and 7.6337% in cash for tax purposes.
