Sanima Hydropower and Kantipur Television  issuing IPO

Kathmandu. Two companies have applied to Nepal Securities Board (SEBON) seeking permission to issue IPO. In Sebon, Sanima Hydropower and Kantipur Television Network have filed an application seeking permission to issue an IPO. Sanima Hydropower submitted an application on June 26 and Kantipur Television on June 28.

Kantipur Television is the second media house to come up with an IPO. Earlier, Nepal Republic Media had brought IPO. Today, June 30, was the last day to apply for the IPO issued by Nepal Republic Media to the general public.

Sanima Hydropower will come up with an IPO worth Rs 245 million if approved by Sebon. According to which, the company will sell a total of 24 lakh 50 thousand shares of 100 marked rate to locals and general public. Likewise, Kantipur Television has sought permission from Sebon to bring an IPO worth Rs 75 million. If approved by Sebon, the company will sell a total of 750,000 IPO shares at a face value of Rs 100. Sanima Capital of both Sanima Hydropower and Kantipur Television is the IPO selling manager
