Kathmandu. The Hydropower Development Company is going to issue an IPO in Jhyamolong, which is constructing the 32 MW Karuva Seti Hydropower Project. For which Lakshmi Sunrise (LS) Capital has been appointed as the share issue and sales manager.

The company is going to issue 5.1 lakh shares of ordinary shares at a fixed price of Rs. A bilateral agreement was signed between Sunil Narayan Shrestha, executive director on behalf of the company and Bijay Lal Shrestha, chief executive officer on behalf of LS Capital, for the issue of shares.
