Top 10 Banks and Finance companies ordinary Share Vaule of BFIs in Nepal

Kathmandu: Among banks and financial institutions (BFIs), Standard Chartered Bank has the lowest common share. The share ownership of this bank is 75 percent of the founding group and the common share ownership is 25 percent. Among the development banks, Corporate Development and Narayani Development Bank have the lowest share of ordinary shares, while among the finance companies, Best Finance has the lowest share of common stock.

Banks : Among the banking groups, Standard Chartered Bank has the lowest share of ordinary shares. According to the share screening software Smart Wealth, the founder's share of this bank is 75 percent, while the general public's share is 25 percent. After that, Himalayan Bank's founder and general shareholding is 72.99 and 27.01 percent respectively.

29.64 percent of Nepal SBI Bank, 39.19 percent of Nepal Investment Mega Bank, 40.77 percent of Everest and 41.56 percent of Nabil Bank. Bank financial institutions have to hold more founder shares than common people. Most of the banks have kept the ratio of founder share and ordinary share at 51 and 49 percent respectively.

Development Bank: Corporate Development Bank and Narayani Development Bank have the lowest share of common shares among development banks. The common shares of both these companies are 30 percent and the founders are 70 percent. Similarly, Lumbini Bikas Bank's ordinary share is 31.99 percent. 33.57 percent of saptokoshi was observed. For the rest of the companies, the ratio of founder and ordinary shares is 51 and 49 percent respectively.

Finance: Best Finance is the company with the lowest number of ordinary shares in finance. Its share ratio is founder 61.43 percent and general public 38.57 percent. The founder and ordinary shares of Samriddhi Finance and Nepal Finance are 60 and 40 percent respectively. The share of Central Finance is 54 and 46 percent. Founder and general share of the rest of the finances are 51 and 49 percent respectively.
