Kathmandu. The Corona Insurance Policy, which started in Nepal on April 19, has reached the stage of closing in less than two months. Insurance companies have been unable to pay since Corona became infected.

When the insurance committee issued the insurance policy, 16 people in Nepal were infected with corona. So far, that number has increased to more than 2,100 in Nepal.

As the number of infected people continues to rise, companies will not be able to bear the burden of claims in the future.

Corona insurance fees have been set low and the number of insurers is increasing day by day, insurance companies are worried.

As there is no rule to keep the epidemic insurance policy running smoothly, the insuring companies can close it in coordination with the committee.

 The insurance companies have suggested that the insurance committee coordinate with the government to change the outline of the corona insurance policy or make other arrangements.
