The Insurance Committee has decided to postpone the Covid-19 insurance policy. At the request of the Nepal Insurance Association, the committee decided to suspend the insurance business on Thursday. This decision of the committee will be implemented from Friday.

Especially in Nepal, the business has been postponed due to the increase in corona infection and the risk in insurance. However, the insurance policy sold so far will be issued.

Executive Director of the Committee Rajuraman Poudel informed that the business has been postponed due to non-sale of new insurance policies.
