Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been issuing 7,07,800 units ordinary shares worth Rs 7.07 crore to the general public . In case of oversubscription, the early closing date of this IPO issued.

As per the issue manager Global IME Capital Limited, the issue has received approx 4,47,123 applications applying for a total of 1,08,79,830 units of shares till 5 PM today. The issue has been oversubscribed by almost 16.44 times in four days of the IPO closing day. 

Applications could be placed for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 1,000 units.
