Kathmandu. Banks, financial institutions and insurance companies in the capital Kathmandu have been terrorized due to the corona virus infection. Dozens of branch offices of various banks have been closed due to the spread of corona virus. Similarly, many branch offices of insurance companies have been closed.

Branch offices of commercial banks, development banks and finance companies have been affected as the spread of corona virus has increased in the capital Kathmandu. Many branch offices of Global IME, Prime, Century and Sangrila Development Bank have been closed. According to unofficial figures from Nepal Rastra Bank, about 5,000 bank employees have been infected with the corona virus.

Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during this time. Hundreds of employees, including some CEOs, have been found to be infected with the corona virus. Similarly, the insurance committee, which was closed after the corona infection, has been reopening since last Sunday, but only partial work is being done.
