Neal SBI Bank has declared a dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the last financial year's earnings.

A meeting of the bank's board of directors held on November 19 proposed to distribute a total of 9.47 percent dividend to the shareholders in the form of 6 percent bonus and 3.47 percent cash including tax.

The proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
