Kathmandu. Prabhu Life Insurance has been allowed to issue 600 million primary shares (IPO). The Nepal Securities Board (NSB) has given permission for the IPO. The board will issue 6 million IPOs worth Rs 600 million to the company.

The paid up capital of the company is Rs 1.40 billion. The company's paid-up capital will reach Rs 2 billion after the issuance of 6 million IPOs.
