Kathmandu. The Insurance Committee has issued instructions to all non-life insurance companies to prepare financial statements as per NFRS criteria.

The Insurance Committee has stated that separate criteria related to NFRS will be implemented for non-life insurance companies. Earlier, the Insurance Committee had directed the reinsurance companies to implement financial statements as per NFRS criteria.

The Insurance Committee has issued a directive to the non-life insurers to implement the 'Guidelines on Financial Statements of Non-Life Insurance Insurers Based on NFRS, 2077.
