The stock market is green on the third day of the week (Tuesday) 22 Dec 2020.

22 Dec, the Nepse has increased by 95.46 points and reached 2,061.41 points, with a turnover of Rs. 6,744.74 million. According to Nepse, all the 12 sub-groups traded are green. 

The highest number of shares has been bought and sold by Shikhar Insurance Company Limited. The company's share price has risen 10 percent. Today, the share price of Shikhar Insurance has stood at Rs 1,826. Similarly, the share prices of Navil Bank Limited, Nepal Life Insurance, Sanjen Hydropower Company Limited and NIC Asia Bank Limited have risen by more than 9 percent.

Shares of Narayani Development Bank Limited and United Idi Mardi RB Hydropower Limited fell more than 9 percent. The highest priced shares have been bought and sold by Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited. Shares of the company worth Rs 86.36 million have been bought and sold.

The index of all the 12 groups that came into business has increased. Today, the highest indicator growth has been in the life insurance group. This is an increase of 7.43 percent.
