Kathmandu. Nepal Reinsurance Company has convened its fifth annual general meeting on January 13. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on January 22 has decided to hold a meeting at Karki Banquet Baber Mahal at 11 am.

The proposal of the general assembly is to pass the annual report of the company for the fiscal year 2075/76, appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2076/77 and fix its remuneration.

The company has decided not to distribute dividend to the shareholders from the last financial year's earnings. The company has informed that it will close the book from January 3 for the purpose of the general meeting. The company has informed that only the existing shareholders will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
