Nepal Investment Bank has announced AGM on January 25

Kathmandu, Nepal Investment Bank has announced its annual general meeting on January 25. The bank will propose to distribute 13 percent bonus shares and 5.50 percent cash dividend at the general meeting.

Apart from these, there is also a proposal to give full authority to the Board of Directors in case of merger or acquisition of any other bank and financial institution. The bank will also propose to increase the authorized capital to Rs 18 billion.

The bank is going to close the book from January 7 to January 8 to hold the general meeting. Only shareholders who remain until December 7 will be able to attend the meeting and receive the proposed dividend.
