Nepal Bank passed 16 percent dividend and selects three new Board directors

Kathmandu. The 61st Annual General Meeting of Nepal Bank Limited has been held through Dharmapath, Kathmandu. The meeting decided to increase the current paid up capital to Rs. 11,28,28,20,200 at the rate of 4 (four) percent, cash dividend of Rs. The proposal to distribute bonus shares worth Rs. 1,35,39,38,424 has been passed unanimously. On this occasion, the annual report of the Board of Directors of the Bank for the Fiscal Year 2076/77, the balance sheet of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 including the report of the Auditor, the profit / loss account and cash flow statement of the Fiscal Year 2076/77 and the financial statements for the same period were passed. Vivek Shamsher, JB, Bishnu Kumar Agrawal and Om Krishna Shrestha, a representative of the Employees' Provident Fund, have been elected as directors.
