Kathmandu. The proposed 12 percent dividend of Goodwill Finance has been passed. The 26th Annual General Meeting of Finance held on January 12 passed the resolution of the Board of Directors.With the approval of the meeting, the shareholders will get 8.4 percent bonus share and 3.6 percent cash dividend and 12 percent dividend from the last fiscal year's profit. The institution has increased its deposits by 23.18 percent as compared to the previous fiscal year and its loans by Rs. 8.49 billion by 15.88 percent. It has been increased to Rs. 6.84 billion.
