Nepse correction by 5.57 points to Rs 7.46 billion traded

Kathmandu. Nepse has declined by 5.57 points on the third day of the week (Tuesday). (Monday) Nepse had increased by 17.31 points.

 The NEPSE index declined by 5.57 points to close at 2326.90 points with a turnover of Rs 7.46 billion.

According to Nepse, out of the total 12 sub-groups traded, all but three groups have declined.

A total of 1,63,5,141 shares of 206 companies have been bought and sold

 The highest increase in share price was recorded by Gorkhaj Finance Limited, Nepal Finance Limited and Progressive Finance Limited. The share price of these companies has risen by 10 percent. The price of Aa Gorkhaj has been fixed at Rs 352 per share. Similarly, the share price of Nepal Finance stood at Rs 297 and that of Progressive Finance at Rs 165.

The highest priced shares have been bought and sold by Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited. Shares of the company worth Rs 919.7 million have been bought and sold.

Of the 12 groups traded, the index of three groups has increased while the index of the remaining groups has decreased. The industry group grew by 1.35 percent, the finance group by 3.57 percent and the life insurance group by 3.55 percent.
