Kathmandu. On the first day of the week (Sunday) of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the NEPSE index rose by 3.66 points to 2640.34 points with a turnover of Rs 8.83 billion.
Of the 12 groups that traded, five declined and all others rose. Investors of nine companies traded today have become rich. Of these companies, the share price of two companies has risen by 8 percent, while the shares of other five companies have risen by 9 percent and the shares of two companies by 10 percent.
Investors in Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Company, Shivshree Hydropower Company, Nepal Infrastructure Bank, Nepal Hydro Developers Company, Chandragiri Hills, Samrudhi Finance, NIC Asia Balance Fund, NMB Hybrid Fund and Liberty Energy Company are rich.
