The chief guest Chiribabu Maharjan handed over the QR codes in the presence of Surendra Bhandari, Chief Executive Officer of Kumari Bank.
Kumari Bank has launched a mobile application called "Kumari Smart" for its customers, promoting digital technology that allows them to pay from their mobile phones in cash or card options.
Payment can be made safely and easily by scanning the QR code from this app. This paper cash option is also innovative and convenient as there is no additional charge for using such service. In addition, the number of business locations or establishments with QR code of Kumari Bank Limited has reached more than 7,000.
