To use this service, customers have to go to the "Cardless Cash" option in Civil Bank's mobile banking application "Civil Smart", enter the amount they want, correct all the details and enter the PIN code of their mobile banking application, after which they will receive a one-time OTP passcode. . After entering other details including this passcode, a pre-determined fixed amount can be withdrawn from the ATM. Customers will be able to use this feature even if they have lost their Atium card or have to pay someone else.
