Kathmandu. CEDB Hydropower Development Company is going to issue initial public offering (IPO). The company has received approval from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 2,518,230 IPOs worth Rs 251.82 million.
The company is going to issue 30 percent of its issued capital through IPO. Sunrise Capital Limited is the IPO issuer and sales manager.
