Why Bank's  employee started leaving their jobs

Kathmandu. Employees who have worked for a long time in the old banks have started resigning saying that there is a legal provision to return the money deposited till now when going to social security.

Only five people have resigned in Nabil Bank while four others had resigned earlier. Some employees of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal have also resigned.

Some long-time employees of Everest Bank have resigned, while some employees of Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) and Siddhartha Bank have informed the top management about their resignation.

In a discussion with the bankers, some chief executive officers said that the employees had resigned. Anil Sharma, chief executive officer of the Bankers' Association, confirmed this and said that the CEOs had started resigning.

The Social Security Fund has amended the working procedure to make it easier to deposit the old savings fund. But Ain cuts it. Employees are not seen in favor of believing only in the working procedure and not in amending the Labor Act.

Employees who have worked for more than 15 years have started resigning. According to him, the social security fund has stated that he will get pension.

Now, the fund has provided the facility of taking a lump sum when leaving the job in the middle of the amount deposited so far. This facility is applicable for employees who register by mid-July. Those who register from July 2 will not get a lump sum, they will only get a pension.
