Kathmandu. Citizens Bank International Limited has declared a 16 percent dividend. The meeting of the 375th Board of Directors of the bank has approved 16 percent dividend (3.087 cash and 12.913 bonus shares) from the profits of the fiscal year 2077/78 to the shareholders. The dividend declared by the bank will be implemented after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next annual general meeting of the bank.

As proposed by the meeting, bonus shares equal to Rs. 1.62 billion will be distributed With a cash dividend of Rs. 388.256 million (including dividend tax) at the rate of 3.087 percent and the bank will disburse a total of Rs. 2 billion 123 million 7 thousand 698.

At present, the paid up capital of the bank is 12.57 billion. In addition, the bank has been providing modern banking services to around 1.5 million customers through its 183 branches, 121 ATMs and 111 branchless banking units.
