Nepal Investment Bank (NIB) declared to 16 percent dividend

Kathmandu. Nepal Investment Bank is going to pay 16 percent dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year 2077/078. The meeting of the board of directors of the company has proposed to distribute 11.24 percent bonus share and 4.76 percent cash dividend for tax purposes on the basis of the existing paid-up capital of Rs 16.25 billion.

The proposed dividend will be distributed after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting. Previous fiscal year 2076/077 Nepal Investment Bank Ltd (NIBL) distributed 19 per cent dividend — 10.5 per cent stock dividend (bonus shares) and 8.5 per cent cash dividend — on its total paid-up capital to the shareholders.
