Bank interest rates Increased, Himalayan Bank and NIC Asia Bank's  highest interest Rate

Kathmandu. Banks have announced new interest rates for the month of November. Half a dozen banks have announced higher interest rates this year.

Last month, Sunrise offered a maximum interest rate of 10.07 percent on time deposits. At that time, it was the most expensive bank. But now Sunrise Bank has reduced the interest rate to 9 percent.

Along with Sunrise Bank, Sanima Bank has also reduced interest rates. Prabhu Bank's interest rate has remained stable. While some banks including Sunrise have adopted moderation in interest rates, some banks including Himalayan and NIC Asia have raised interest rates aggressively.

It has stated that up to 11.66 percent will be given in the deposit of Himalan Bank. It is the largest of the banks. Meanwhile, NIC Asia Bank, which has been aggressive in lending, has also announced high interest rates on deposits.

NIC Asia has stated that it will offer interest rate up to 11.10 percent. This is the most expensive interest rate after Himalayan. Similarly, Laxmi Bank has announced 11.05 percent, Nepal Credit and Commerce (NCC) Bank 10.55 percent and Kumari Bank 10.31 percent.
